Rachel Jones

Principal Consultant

Rachel Jones brings 14 years of experience in talent acquisition, including 8 years at management level, spanning the UK and Australia. She has worked with leading organisations such as Greene King, Marshall Motor Group, Reed, and Service Stream.

Her specialist knowledge and deep passion for inclusive hiring have driven impactful initiatives, including:

  • Designing and implementing inclusive hiring plans tailored to business needs.

  • Developing hiring manager eLearning modules to upskill decision-makers.

  • Leading positive action recruitment campaigns to attract diverse talent.

  • Auditing external recruitment partners for EDI alignment.

  • Building strategic external partnerships to enhance hiring inclusivity.

  • Co-managing an inclusion-focused podcast series as a talent attraction tool.

Rachel holds a Chartered Management Institute qualification in Leading Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion and an ILM accreditation in Professional Training Techniques.
